5. Subscription and Payments

HeroTrade offers Free, Pro, and Premium subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of HeroTrade, including but not limited to software, algorithms, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by HeroTrade and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

HeroTrade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem necessary. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
